Our Beliefs
The core convictions we hold to
If you are new to Christianity.. then do take a look at this page Looking into Christianity which has some information about what it means to be a Christian

If you would like a fuller description of what we stand for then..
We are a CHRISTIAN church..
As Christians, we trusting in the death of Jesus Christ on the cross for our forgiveness, and in his resurrection as the grounds for our future hope. We believe in the Bible as God's word, and the Nicene and Apostles' creeds as helpful summaries of Biblical truth.
As a group of people in 21st Century London, we stand in a historic line of Christians stretching across 2000 years of history, and side-by-side with fellow Christians across the world - united by our common faith in Jesus as Lord and Saviour.
We are an EVANGELICAL church...
We believe the Bible is God's word; the ultimate authority for Christian life and doctrine by which God rules his church. That word centres on Jesus Christ; and supremely his death and resurrection, by which God rescues a people for himself and renews creation.  We seek to witness to the unique glory of our unique saviour, Jesus Christ through sharing his Gospel.
We are an ANGLICAN church...
As a church we are shaped by Anglican convictions in our doctrine, tradition and practice.  Our leadership team and those who teach hold to the doctrines summarised in the 39 Articles of Religion, The Homilies, and The Book of Common Prayer. Grace Church is part of the Diocese of London.
